Project Description:

 The proponent proposes to construct a one kilometre access road to develop a quarry on Change Islands. The proposed road will start near Red Rock Cove (off Route 345-02) to access the quarry on the eastern side of the island at Partridge Cove. The quarry to be developed will be 0.52 hectares in area.

• August 4, 2017 - The undertaking was registered.
• September 8, 2017 - Deadline for public comments.
• September 18, 2017 - The Minister's Decision is due.
• September 27, 2017 - The Minister's Decision is due (extended).
• October 9, 2017 - The Minister's Decision is due (extended).
• October 16, 2017 - Deadline for public comments (extended).
• October 23, 2017 - The Minister's Decision is due (extended).
• October 25, 2017 - The Minister announced that the project is released.
